Hold Nurse Practitioner Tammy Dobbin Accountable for Fraud

Hold Nurse Practitioner Tammy Dobbin Accountable for Fraud
The Issue
In recent years, the integrity of our healthcare system has come under increasing scrutiny due to rising incidents of fraudulent activities. Among these cases, one name has repeatedly surfaced: Tammy Dobbin, a nurse practitioner allegedly involved in fraudulent practices that compromise patient care and trust.
Fraud in healthcare is not a victimless crime. It jeopardizes patient safety, strains limited resources, and inflates the cost of medical services. It is essential for both patients and healthcare providers that individuals who undermine the system’s integrity are held accountable for their actions.
As a concerned family member of a patient who received care at Jackson Park Hospital. I believe Tammy, a nurse practitioner, and Dr. Kandala are involved in activities harming patients and healthcare providers.
I allege Tammy, a twice-convicted felon, has filed fake complaints against African American women nurse practitioners working with Dr. Kandala, targeting and harming their practices. She allegedly works with Dr. Kandala, involved in violence in healthcare, acting as his promoter and enforcer, targeting specific groups of healthcare providers.
Tammy allegedly practices at Jackson Park Hospital and 30 nursing homes despite being prohibited from managing Medicare patients. She allegedly fakes medical notes under Dr. Kandala's name, billing for services she can't provide. Tammy is on a CMS preclusion list, making billing for her services illegal. Any patient who is treated by Tammy Dobbin, their bill cannot be paid by the insurance company. Patients are responsible for the bill. So every time Tammy is involved for the patient's care while on the prohibited list, the patient is responsible for the bill and not the insurance company and that's what Tammy is not telling anybody and that's the harm she is creating by hiding in the healthcare system fraudulent making documentation
Dr. Kandala allegedly runs a fake practice with Tammy, targeting African American women, African American doctors, and whistleblowers. https://www.hhs.gov/about/agencies/dab/decisions/alj-decisions/2023/alj-cr6316/index.html
I request an investigation by CMS, insurance companies, the Department of Justice, and nursing boards into these allegations. If you have similar experiences or information, please come forward and email at tammydobbindei@gmail.com. I seek action to protect patients and stop these alleged fraudulent activities.

Hey, Dr Kandala You may have to sacrifice her first to stay out of jail. So you may have to be the one who reports her fraud first.
