Hello, United States of American People,
My name is Bill Gladky, and I am now forty-three years old, a father of five kids, and married. I am a United States of America Proud Citizen. I am a law-abiding citizen. I educate myself in many areas of professions for the love of knowledge.
I once was extremely fond of the Constitution. I know that laws are made, changed, or aligned with all Individuals' rights to be equal. I say the following statement with firm and underlined as the courts already knew how many lawsuits or parties such as Metlab Corporation commit and use the Judicial System as a weapon, especially against a United States of America Citizen. In the same year, 2017, February 24th became the renowned Lawsuit Abuse Reduction Act of 2017.
My former employer Metlab Corporation, with whom I was employed for 16 years, only signed an Employee Handbook.
I changed the company from the ground up throughout my years with them, making them a profitable company and growing fast. Towards the year 2016-2017 I was being mistreated by the company and verbally abused, and the employees would also be racially profiled.
I could no longer take the abuse, and I spoke to the company's President during my yearly vacation on Labor Day extended weekend.
Knowing and having a copy of the employee handbook, page 3, which is a critical pages of the handbook, states the following.

This Manual is in no way an employment contract. The policies in this Manual are to be considered as guidelines. Metlab Corporation, at its option, may change, delete, suspend and/or discontinue any part or parts of this Manual at any time without prior notice. Employees may not accrue eligibility for monetary benefits (provided for in writing) that they have not earned through actual time spent at work. Accepting Other Employment Or Going Into Business While On Leave Of
Absence
If you accept any employment or go into business while on a leave of absence from Metlab Corporation, you will be considered to have voluntarily resigned from employment with Metlab Corporation as of the day on which you began your leave of absence. Any insurance premiums that were paid during your leave must be reimbursed to Metlab Corporation.
I started my own company, I pulled my full retirement money and took on SBA Loan. The company's launch was a success, and I am well-known in the manufacturing industry worldwide. They did not like my competition, so I was served with a lawsuit.
After five years in Court and counting still, my former employer's tactics in the industry were beyond low, slander and defamation to such extent that reading those letters from customers that wrote would choke anyone reading the things that were said about the company and me.
Due to the nature of business, the customers who use the products must maintain a stable company that can supply them; otherwise, their production can cease, like a domino effect. Providing the customers for me was not the issue. The customers could not have known the absolute truth about what was happening. I did not entangle myself in those tactics and only dealt with business.
To continue to the subjected areas, the damages started to get unbearable, and I began to work three days & two nights straight to contain the damages.
I started to get involved with my lawsuit and read what happened and why this case was not dismissed, as there was no CONTRACT signed. I started studying the law at the same time. I confronted my attorney and pointed out what he had missed in a long letter to him, and he filed a motion to withdraw. As I was on the way to the court house the snow day bad weather delayed, though I called the Judge clerk and was told it would wait as I was literally five minutes away, I got to Court, and the Judge would already allow the withdraw without wanting to hear me.
I called over 100 law firms, funny 99% of them said there was a conflict of interest, and the 1% wanted in the range of 50,000.00 to look at the case.
Throughout many arguments unrepresented my attorney, whereas by Law, the New York State Corporation must have an attorney. I told the Court that I have yet to receive from Metlab Corporation or their attorney the motion filed upon them demanding documents, ominous discoveries, and interrogatories.
From the 5% of the received documents, I discovered the Metlab Corporation had forged an employee handbook by removing page 3, which was submitted to my attorney before his withdrawing and his attention not catching that.
Again bringing the Court's attention, the Judge does nothing but defaults me for not providing their demands of the same type of documents. I was beyond myself, thinking about what was happening here.
The Court allowed the attorneys, considered officers of the Court, to commit bias and illegal representation on both sides.

- HEALTH ISSUES ( NEVER HAD BEFORE)
- FAMILY BROKE APART, HAVE NOT SEEN MY SONS
- MARRIAGE FALLING APART
- TWIN GRILS BRON 4/20/2020 - STRUGGLING WITH TAKING CARE OF THEM
- FROM HAVING 5 EMPLOYEES TO ME DOING EVERYTHING, WORKING 2-3 DAYS WITH NO SLEEP TRYING TO EVERYTHING I CAN NOT TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS
- Defaulting on SBA Government Loans
- Many Vendors still have not got paid, as business drops drastically daily
- Can barely put food on the table and provide necessary items to raise kids.
- Violating Lawsuit Abuse Reduction AcT

Recently from such stress and unhealthy living due to their attacks, I had a massive cardiac arrest, where my wife and my twin girls, who are only three years old, watched their father flatline twice at home and in the emergency room.
United States of America People, we all know America is built on small businesses. Please help me get this petition heard. We need changes to be made to protect companies that have no agreements and make anyone who brings a frivolous lawsuit against those with no agreements accountable to the extreme and full extent of the laws.
Help me bring them accountable for the damages they created to my health and my family.
Let's make a change and provide more protection to small businesses not to be bullied. It is very difficult enough to start a company, and there is no reason for wrongful lawsuits in Court.
Help me hold the Attorneys accountable for their actions.
Help me hold the Judges accountable that allow such lawsuits.
I have read many cases with good Judges not allowing the cases to be heard once they heard there was NOT CONTRACT.
I am asking my own United States of America People to help me and stand up for our rights.
