Human right right violations are everywhere at this facility. From serving small portions of rotten food to “human error” (involuntary manslaughter) that caused two houses that should never cross paths, to fight. They are treating human beings that made wrong choices like animals. 

When an inmate is killed, other inmates have to clean up the bloody mess. 

There is no access to current and updated laws and have no access to a law library. 

Since 2010, when he arrived, no disinfectant has been provided to clean any cells. This is including during the pandemic. They had to fight it with soap and shampoo. 

My brother-in-law is incarcerated at the Lawton Correctional Facility and is being made to starve while being fed rotten food. This treatment is inhumane and unacceptable. There have been numerous reports of neglect, abuse, and poor living conditions within this facility. It is crucial that a thorough investigation be conducted to uncover these issues and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.

There have been several incidents recently where inmates have died due to operational errors. If this would have been any other place, involuntary manslaughter would be in the table for the person that was responsible. This facility is starving the inmates to start fights for their entertainment. A thorough investigation needs to be done to stop these incidents and hold accountable persons for the “operational errors” so that they will stop. 

We demand immediate action to ensure the safety, health, and dignity of all inmates at the Lawton Correctional Facility. Please sign this petition to call for a proper investigation into these serious allegations.

For the evening of June 2, 2024 they had 2 tablespoons of spaghetti and a slice of bread. No wonder everyone is hangry. 

Their food trays are filled with old dirty dish water. You can smell the rotten water while eating the food.
