I’ve now dedicated over 1,500 hours of my personal time to researching, documenting, and advocating around the John Volken Academy and broader issues involving human trafficking survivors and recovery.

This work has been entirely self-driven and largely unfunded, but I continue it because I believe these voices and experiences deserve to be heard.
