From the very start, Jill displayed nothing but ignorance, and she had the audacity to accuse me of the same. She even went as far as sending a nasty message about me but accidentally sent it directly to me. This level of unprofessionalism and malice is unacceptable, especially from someone who is supposed to be caring for animals.

Jill's operations at Pet Save Lively are community -funded, which means the more animals she holds, the more she receives. This creates a troubling incentive for her to refuse animals loving, permanent homes. Despite claiming she's overburdened with animals, she still denied my adoption application, depriving a dog of a well-deserved home.

This isn't just about my experience. Numerous others have reported similar interactions with Jill, yet she's allowed to continue operating without scrutiny. Reviews suggest a pattern of behavior that prioritizes keeping animals for funding over their welfare and potential for happiness in good homes.

We need to hold Jill accountable and ensure that Pet Save Lively is truly a refuge for animals rather than a means of sustaining government funding.
