We, the concerned students, faculty, and community members of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), demand immediate and transparent action to address the ongoing issue of cyberbullying and harassment affecting members of our campus.

Despite multiple incidents being reported, there is a lack of meaningful accountability, clear policy enforcement, and support for those affected. Cyber harassment is not just a violation of individual dignity—it's a threat to campus safety, mental health, and academic success.

This petition calls on IUP administration to:

Publicly acknowledge the severity and recurrence of cyber harassment at IUP.
Implement and enforce clear, student-informed policies with real consequences for online harassment.
Provide comprehensive support systems for victims, including mental health resources and confidential reporting mechanisms.
Launch a transparent investigation into unresolved reports and the university’s response to them.
No student should fear retaliation or suffer in silence. IUP must act now to protect its community and uphold a standard of respect and digital responsibility.
