The Issue

ICE's abuses are not isolated incidents; they are part of a systemic problem that demands immediate attention and reform. Numerous reports and investigations reveal that ICE's practices have been alarmingly negligent and abusive:

- **Unlawful Detentions**: Many individuals have been wrongfully detained and imprisoned without due process, stripping them of their basic rights.
- **Inhumane Conditions**: There are countless accounts of detainees being deprived of necessities such as food, water, and medical care, leading to severe physical and psychological harm.
- **Abusive Treatment**: Instances of verbal and physical abuse against detainees cannot be ignored and must be addressed.
- **Family Separations**: The heartbreaking separation of families under ICE custody leaves lasting scars and trauma that cannot be easily healed.

This pattern of behavior is criminal and cannot continue unchecked. We demand accountability for the actions of those within ICE who perpetuate this culture of brutality and negligence. Systemic reform is critical to ensuring that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect, in accordance with the rule of law.

It's time for leaders at all levels of government to take decisive action. We need comprehensive reforms to address these deeply rooted issues within ICE. Implementing stricter oversight measures, ensuring transparency in operations, and holding accountable those who violate rights are crucial steps toward restoring public trust and safeguarding human rights.

We urge every concerned citizen to join us in calling for change. Demand that oversight be taken immediately and hold I.C.E accountable for it's lack of humanity and it's illegal actions. Because of their actions of refusing to identify themselves with warrants, bages and the refusal to allow their sites to be inspected has allowed for more criminal actions such as kidnapping and rape to be perpetrated against our fellow men and women. Help to protect our children from the harsh abuse of being seperated from their parents. Sign this petition to stand against these injustices, and hold the people who are committing crimes against we the people because Americans are not exempt from being victimized by i.c.e either.  let us work together to build a safer, more ethical future for all individuals under U.S. jurisdiction.
