Whether it’s Keir Hardie, Morlais, or any GP surgery, one thing is becoming painfully clear: far too many patients are leaving their appointments feeling worse, not better.

They’re dismissed.
They’re not believed.
They’re sent away without answers — or worse, without the medication or care they need to function.

This isn’t just about poor admin or a bad day at the desk. It’s about systemic neglect that’s hurting real people. And it has to stop.
