Hi everyone,

I want to share what’s happened since I last updated you—because it shows, more clearly than ever, why this petition matters.

After being removed from Morlais Health—with no clear explanation, shortly after starting this petition—I was left with no choice but to join another GP surgery. That surgery was Keir Hardie Practice 3.

I attended my first appointment there, hoping to simply move on and access basic care. But as soon as they realised I had spoken out publicly about Morlais, the atmosphere changed. I was treated with coldness and suspicion—as though being honest made me dangerous.

Shortly after that appointment, I was notified that I had been blacklisted from registering with any GP practice within the entire health board.

Let that sink in: for speaking up—politely, truthfully, and in defense of better care for everyone—I was effectively locked out of the entire primary care system.

No hearing. No investigation. No clinical reason. Just silence.

This week, that decision was quietly reversed.
No apology. No explanation. No assurance it won’t happen again.

I can now register with a GP again—but I’ve been left shaken by how easily, and how invisibly, the system can cut someone off for daring to speak.

This didn’t happen in isolation. It’s part of a wider pattern:

Patients ignored or dismissed.
Practices acting with impunity.
Authorities refusing to explain or own their actions.
I’m lucky enough to have a voice. But what about those who don’t? What happens to them when the system decides they’re inconvenient?

That’s why this petition has grown beyond one practice. It’s about demanding accountability, transparency, and justice across the board.
