E. R. D. C. C. Is also known as Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center. They are located at 2727 highway K in Bonne Terre MO.  My brother has only been at this specific prison for a year or two but since he’s been there he’s had more trouble than he’s ever had before. He was attacked when they put him in a cell with a dangerous inmate who’s paperwork said he was supposed to be housed alone. After he got attacked they denied him health care and are still denying him care for injuries sustained due to their negligence. The way they treat black visitors vs nonblack visitors is very blatantly different and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Black women are told their clothes are inappropriate while white visitors get let in regardless. Prisoners are OD’ing, being assaulted, the COs are just as much criminal as the offenders. My brother will likely have permanent damage to his shoulder by the time they bother to get him help. We need as many voices as possible putting pressure on these ppl. We shouldn’t have to pay a lawyer for him to get his basic human rights met.
