Hold Dryden Enterprises Accountable for their Lack of Quality and Warranty Practices
Hold Dryden Enterprises Accountable for their Lack of Quality and Warranty Practices
The Issue
We, the owners of Dryden Enterprises Inc. built homes, petition the Fort Stewart Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board to investigate the warranty and repair process as well as the quality of Dryden's builds, to see if they are to standard and make them ineligible for VA home loan or military member purchase and/or require stricter inspection of these homes if found to not be to standard.
At present, service members and veterans have purchased Dryden built homes around the Fort Stewart area and are having issues with the quality of work or getting repairs handled within the warranty timeframe.
When homeowners purchase a Dryden built home, they are quickly finding after moving in that the quality of the homes are subpar or that the installation of items were faulty and it is difficult to get Dryden to repair or hold their subcontractors responsible, so many must come out of pocket for repairs.
If the Fort Stewart Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board does not investigate and hold Dryden accountable for their poor build quality and poor warranty practices many more service members and veterans will be purchasing homes that will put them in financial problems due to having to make repairs out of pocket.
We request this investigation be conducted As Soon As Possible, as several other Dryden built subdivisions are currently under construction and many more service members and veterans will be purchasing these poorly built homes.
