My beloved dog, a timid rescue, was suddenly and viciously attacked by an out of control English bull terrier. To my dismay, I discovered that the legal system was unable to intervene since the attack was deemed a 'dog on dog' incident, leaving me feeling helpless and angry.

Dog owners need to be held accountable for the behavior of their pets, especially in situations where one animal attacks another.
