When users try to appeal, Discord’s “support” system automatically closes their tickets and labels them “solved” before anyone even looks at them. Those lucky enough to get a response receive the same robotic message:

Provide clear explanations of what rule was violated and why.

Stop auto-marking support tickets as “solved” when no action was taken.

Publish a transparency report on how many cases are reviewed by humans versus bots.

Discord has grown into a platform used by millions — for school, work, and friendships. With that responsibility comes the duty to treat users fairly, honestly, and transparently.
