many people pay good money for games, movies and content, but companys allow your accounts to be stolen by hackers and then allow them to keep them even if you have hard proof you own them, all companys already know who owns what as they have ids on all of it like a cell phones UDID, or a transaction ID, or a mac address or ip address, but even though they know you own that account they claim theres nothing they can do, which is complete bull as i am a very educated person in code ,network, and tracking, etc so i know thats all lies so you make a new account a buy the same stuff again and again i believe that is time with all then new hackers and crimes being done to enforce a law the states ether you get all your money back or they give you a special cd or disk with all your content you pay for as that is the only solution to this problem. 2step people can steal your code form only your cell number using a task called protocol 7 which allows them to hijacked the code in transit, also if you buy a disk and some breaks in and steals it its stealing so why is hackers not chrage with frund as ur dealing with over $1,000.00 worth of games or content thats grand theift. my point is theres millions of people who lost lots of money and content because these companys allow you to buy content on ps store or microsoft store but what is your protection why is it people lose their accounts more and more its becuase these companys dont have to give your mony back as theirs no law in place as you have to pay for a lawer and even need to search for one its not right nor justice in anyway i hope we can get over 100,000,000  people to sign this as its needed badly after we reach our goal ill then take it to the government for a bill to be made.
