So here’s what other developers do. I know some people will say we don’t want asbury park to become Long branch, but look how Kushner companies is able to get things done and they are contributing redevelopment fees to the city of long branch that the city will use for other purposes.  Which is something asbury park should be looking at. there should be fees assessed to developers that the city can use for renovating our iconic boardwalk buildings as the price to pay for project approval on the waterfront. They are making boatloads of money! Make it them contribute to boardwalk building improvements. The city is just not doing enough and not thinking outside of the box.
