As the owner of a caravan  at Campsie Glen I'm writing with urgency and a heavy heart. Despite being reported to both Bistro owners and  to the site management team, a member of staff who has shown predatory behavior remains employed at our location. This is not only unsettling but poses a significant risk to the safety and well-being of owners and guests. 

This individual has demonstrated behavior that is completely unacceptable and unsafe, creating an environment of fear and distrust among patrons and employees alike. Several credible reports have been made, citing inappropriate conduct that has left many feeling unsafe in a place designed to be a haven away from the everyday stresses. Yet, inexplicably, the management persists in their refusal to take the necessary steps to ensure the safety of everyone who visits and works at the campsite.

There has also been threats of violence made from this same employee. 

Our first responsibility should always be to ensure a secure, welcoming environment for our visitors and staff. Allowing this individual to remain employed not only fails in this duty but sets a dangerous precedent. It is imperative for the safety of all that decisive action be taken now.

By signing this petition, you are demanding that our campsite management reflect seriously on their duty of care, adhere to ethical employment practices, and remove this employee immediately. We must act swiftly to restore safety, rebuild trust, and protect everyone who steps foot onto our site.
