This petition is to highlight recent remarks against the Norwin community made by school board director Alex Detschelt.  We urge the board to take immediate and appropriate action, whether through formal censure, public condemnation of the remarks, or other measures that demonstrate a commitment to fostering a culture of respect and decency. Mr. Detschelt's comments stand in direct opposition to the values of inclusion, respect, and equality that our educational institutions are meant to uphold. On immigrants and persons having illegal status: 

       "...build cages for these feral animals".  "...Trailers/shipping containers will do nicely for cargo we don't care about"

     "illegal children in Norwin should be...asked to clean their locker of any churro scraps..." "...mooching mongrels..."

   "Can you help with getting these beasts of burden back to the border to get them on their way to the third-world shit hole countries they came from?"

In speaking of the Norwin Community:

    "...shrewdish den mothers and porker band mommies who smother their cucked husbands..." 

     "Useless piss-beer guzzling, sportsball slob, false Christian..."

On Republicans and Democrats who hold different political opinions than he does: 

      "Cuckservatives". "Neutered men and RINOs"

      "Depraved Communist Faggotry", "mentally ill left", "leftist trash" 

On some of Norwin's religious institutions: 

   "There are Norwin Churches (the ones run by wokies and queers)..."

And lastly, on fellow men and woman on the Norwin School Board of Directors:  

        "...the Manboob 5 (four having have bigger titties than the woman they ran with..."  

 Board Members are entrusted with fostering a safe and supportive public school environment for all students, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or background. The remarks made by this board member could be considered a violation of that responsibility and tarnish the integrity of Norwin's educational mission. These words are divisive, hurtful, and could send a message to our students that discrimination, bullying, and sexual harassment is acceptable.
   It is essential that we hold Alex Detshelt accountable for his actions and ensure that such rhetoric is neither tolerated nor condoned. We must also demonstrate to our students, staff, and the wider community that we will not stand for any form of hate speech or discrimination within the leadership of our schools.
