“Mayor Chow and Minister Kerzner,

I am following up on this call to action, and pleading with you both to make changes. 

I've attached a screenshot of the response received by the Premier's office, which is insulting at best (please save your boilerplate language and ensure your responses are formatted before sending), to these efforts and the over 10,000 people who are backing this petition. 

I look forward to your response outlining for the people how you will implement meaningful change by developing new policies to help these animals who are being abused, abandoned and euthanized at alarming rates, provide relief to shelters and rescues, and ultimately finding a path to regulate animal breeding in Ontario.
