It’s time for Fargo North principal Andy Dahlen to retire. He is going against protocol and acting in ways he shouldn’t towards students and staff. There is many examples where this is shown, one being where he starts staff meetings by saying “I’m not supposed to tell you this but...”. Another one is that he lets assaults and threats within his building go unreported. Staff members and students at the school agree that it’s time for him to be held accountable for all of his actions however the FPS faculty see fit.

Testimonials from past North students also show that Dahlen is not fit to be in this roll within the school. Some calling him a “narcissist” and “non-trustworthy”, others saying the school is under “horrible control”. 

This is not the first time a petition has been started to remove Dahlen from his role.
