Allyson E Harris(Mullaney) and her daughter have stated that they received a phone call from  Candus Bly Wells at 3:00 a.m. while she was high and in a panic and was on her way over to them. When she showed up she had her at the time 3-year-old daughter who is now currently 6-year-old MISSING daughter Summer Moon Utah Wells with her. It was stated that the condition and state of Summer was that she was shaking,crying,scared and high out of her mind. Candus was high and left Meth or other drugs on the table and Summer got a hold of it. Candus refused to take Summer to the hospital because she didn't want to be arrested. No one called emergency services,law enforcement or sought medical attention for Summer.

 Jodie Sue Brown stated that she knew her former husband had been giving drugs to Candus to sedate Summer and other little girls on the residence of the Wells family for the purpose of sexual assaults to be committed on these children. Jodie Sue said she knew about this and she knew about the abuse before Summer was reported missing on June 15th 2021. No emergency services,law enforcement,medical attention or intervention of any kind for Summer or any other child while all this was going on. 

 

Morally this is wrong and legally in the state of Tennessee there is a responsibility to report such atrocities. I am asking for signatures of this petition and to share this petition in order for these adults to be held responsible for not doing their part and knowingly allowing children to continue to be harmed. EVERYONE in Tennessee is a mandated reporter under state law this includes relatives,friends and neighbors!

Any person who has knowledge that a child has been harmed by abuse or neglect must report.

 A report is required when any of the following apply: 

A person has knowledge that a child has been harmed by abuse or neglect.

A  person is called upon to render aid to any child who is suffering from an injury that reasonably appears to have been caused by abuse.

A person knows or has reasonable cause to suspect that a child has been sexually abused.

 It's been over a year since Summer was reported missing and now they are talking about this and still have yet to tell the proper authorities. No child deserves this please be a voice for the voiceless and stand with us and fight for the laws to be up held so no more children suffer.
