Over the past year and a half, there have been constant complaints about how the current board members have been governing our HOA. While they are great people overall, we believe it is time to pass the torch to others. The current board has not been as transparent and lack communication with homeowners. New leadership is needed for better governance over our neighborhood in Mathis Place at Pembrooke. Please sign this petition to call for a special election for new HOA board members!
