The TV Licence is a divisive way of funding the BBC and in an age of subscription services, should be a choice not a FORCED payment model.

The people of the UK should be able to have their say as to whether they wish to continue with the current way of funding. Giving the public a chance to to show their opinion in a non-biased way via a referendum will be the best way to show the feeling of the the nation on this very divisive issue.
