I am writing, firstly, to say thank you to everyone who have signed this petition and, secondly, to apologise for my long silence.  

There are very personal reasons why.  However, I still want to pursue this and try to get it this petition to Government.  I keep on hearing about unnecessary deaths within the UK and it has got to stop.  No one should go to a hospital with faith and end up dying through negligence and failure.

I am still waiting to hear which protocols and measures have been implemented since Milo’s death.  Sadly, I have no evidence that anything has been done.  Great words but no action from the death caused by the negligence and failure within their hospital.  This is widespread sadly.

Please continue to share and support this petition.  Although, of course, it started with my personal experience, it is a situation occurring throughout the country.  I am campaigning for change nationwide so that we feel we are being looked after and heard correctly and not negated.
