Dear All….

Thank you so so much for your support and signatures.  I am touched by those of you who have promoted this and also those who have shared their personal stories.  I wish I could write to you each individually but sadly, I cannot.

I thank you for sharing your heartbreaks and this petition is about the preventable deaths not about Milo.

It is about reducing/stopping unnecessary deaths.   It is about communication, about departments working together, about listening to every party involved in a patient’s care. 

I could write so much more because my anger has no limit.  My son died because of the failure of others.  

I cannot bring Milo back but I want this to stop happening to other families.
