I hope everyone has had a relaxing summer and is recharged to voice concerns regarding the Blue Violets Dispensary.  The next step in the dispensary approval process is for Blue Violets to present at the Hoboken Planning Board which is scheduled for Thursday, September 15th at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers.  The Planning Board will hear from the dispensary's planner, lawyer, and architect and the public will be able to question their experts.  After the questioning concludes, the Planning Board will hear public comments.  

We need concerned residents to attend the meeting.  A large crowd sends a message to the town that a dispensary across the street from two schools is NOT o.k.  Attend the meeting and show your support, even if you don't feel comfortable asking questions.  Your attendance is what matters.

I am working on organizing a pre-Planning Board meeting for those who want to understand the process and discuss relevant questions.  I will let you know when that has a confirmed date/time/location.
