Tonight at 7 p.m. the Hoboken Planning Board Subdivision and Site Plan Committee will determine if the Blue Violets Cannabis Dispensary application is complete and can move forward to a full Planning Board hearing.  While there is no public discussion at the meeting, your attendance will demonstrate public concerns regarding this dispensary.  You can attend using this Zoom link:

To recap, last month, the Planning Board Subdivision and Site Plan Committee met to review whether Blue Violets' application was complete and could move forward through the process.  Prior to the meeting, a letter was submitted to the committee by Tiffanie Fisher, Jen Giattino, and myself (previously posted on Change.org) that outlined that Blue Violets did not meet the “time of application” requirement when they submitted their application after the Common Sense Cannabis Regulations went into effect.  The committee decided to table this application in order to give the committee and Blue Violets an opportunity to review and respond to the letter. Tonight, the committee will render an opinion on this matter.
