At 7 p.m. tonight on Zoom, the Subdivision and Site Plan Committee of the Planning Board meets to confirm that the Blue Violets application is ready to be presented to the full Planning Board.  There is considerable doubt that the application and supporting reports were submitted before April 28th when the new Common Sense Cannabis Regulations came into effect. This would make Blue Violets in violation of the law placing the dispensary within 600 feet of The Hoboken Charter School and All Saints Episcopal Day School.  Tiffanie Fisher, Jen Giattino and I have submitted a letter to the Planning Board asking them to render an opinion that the Blue Violets application doesn't meet "time of application" criteria.
