We propose a solution that is a win-win solution for Hobby Lobby and the crafter.  We propose that Hobby Lobby carry improved lines of yarn that are of better quality and will draw the serious crafter from the expensive boutique stores back into Hobby Lobby.  Serious crafters will continually spend more money on yarn than the recreational crafter.  As a store that  focuses on crafts, the return business should take priority.  That means focusing on the needs of the serious crafter instead of the occasional crafter or the recreational crafter.

In an effort to create quality items, a crafter must start with quality products. Hobby Lobby has been systematically phasing out all natural fibers and all better quality yarns and replacing them with their own low cost, low quality merchandise.  Currently there are a few natural fiber yarns left but they are lower quality than what was previously stocked.  This results in a disappointed consumer who ultimately either stops making the craft or shops elsewhere for better yarn.  

 We ask that Hobby Lobby bring back yarns like Lion Brand, Bernat, Patons, Eco-Cloud and other brands along that line.  We ask that Hobby Lobby stock more natural fiber yarns and fewer acrylic yarns.
