We, homeowners in East Garrison, sign this petition to request that the EG Master HOA Board of Directors take these actions right away:

1. Resignation of the President and Treasurer from the EG Master HOA Board of Directors
   
   
2. Conduct 2022 and 2023 financial audits of the EG Master HOA
   
   
3. Change “Rules” to read “Trash containers may be placed by street curb, driveway or driveway apron, as appropriate, for pickup no earlier than noon the day before pickup and removed no later than noon the day after pick up.”
   
   
4. Revise the “Rules” by striking the requirement to register vehicles
   
   
5. Direct the Management Company to
   • stop annual vehicle re-registration  
     
     
   • stop attempts to impose fines for refusal to “renew” registration or allow garage inspections related to “renewal” process or verification that garage is available as “primary parking space”
