We are all thankful, grateful, amazed, appreciative, and fully supportive of the whole of the UK's NHS staff, Carers and all Front-line Workers dealing with the dreadful impact of Corvid-19/Coronavirus. Everyone in any position throughout the NHS and all Front-line Workers are vital to help the whole system work, combat the disease and save lives. A number of people have called for NHS workers to get a pay-rise or some other monetary reward. My belief is that all NHS workers and Front-Line Staff, no matter what position they are in should be free of paying any income tax for the 2020-21 tax year that has just begun. There would be no need to alter anyone's pay or status, simply make all NHS/Front-Line Workers UK-wide, in Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland income tax free. I call upon Boris Johnson, the whole UK cabinet office and the devolved governments of the UK to implement income tax free status for all NHS staff/Front-Line Workers from the 1st of April 2020.
