IBRANCE is a successful drug for treating metastatic breast cancer; but this drug is currently not covered by the BC Cancer agency and costs approximately $9,000 per month. Please help my good friend and many others who are having great success with this drug by signing this petition to change this dreadful situation.

The cost of this drug is putting tremendous strain on cancer patients and their families at a time when they should be avoiding all stress. The high majority of people absolutely cannot afford it.

This is a tragedy !

It should not be such a lottery that some drugs are covered and others are not. Ibrance is approved by Health Canada and shows so much promise. BC is a leader in cancer care and surely should be funding this life saving drug.
