My name is Luis Morgan and I'm born an raised in a racially segregated city. I can point out the White middle/upper class neighborhoods, the Hispanic neighborhoods, the Asian neighborhoods, and the Black neighborhoods clearly on any map of the City of Cincinnati. I'm 44 and it has been this way for 44 years of my life. 

There are some small exceptions to this of course, but for the MOST PART the White neighborhoods are nicer, safer, and more expensive to live in than ALL of the others.

One of my friends (really my brother) happens to be a Black American. We have been close for a long time. He was at my Mother's funeral. He gave me a place to stay when I was homeless. He has been a good friend to me.

I finally realized that my friends are STILL HURTING! This is NOT OVER! Police are STILL ABUSING THEIR AUTHORITY FOR EVIL even TODAY! I understand that not ALL police are evil but this is a very real problem. The schools were racially segregated in 1963. They are STILL segregated in 2023. Reparations are PAST DUE!

There is no United States Supreme Court Justice WHEN THERE IS NO JUSTICE TO BEGIN WITH!

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OWES EVERY BLACK AMERICAN REPARATIONS! PERIOD!

I don't care if they are in a hospital, prison, or rich. Every Black American. 

PERIOD!

FIX IT YESTERDAY!
