The Pope to send Cardinal Pell back to Australia

The Australian population would like to petition that Cardinal Pell be returned to Australia to face allegations and possible charges regarding his time as a priest in Ballarat and Archbishop of Melbourne.
It is the victim's right to be heard in a court of law and to be able to come face to face with either the accused or such persons whom they believe have played a significant role in their traumatic experience.
Cardinal Pell claimed that he was too sick to travel to Australia for the Royal Commission however his health has evidently improved
As Peter Saunders (man handpicked by the Pope to protect children) said in an interview aired on Australian 60 Minutes on 31st May 2015 said “I think it’s critical that George Pell is moved aside, that he is sent back to Australia, and that the Pope takes the strongest action against him.”
We the undersigned believe it is incumbent upon the Catholic Church to ensure its representatives be Christian in both moral duties, responsibilities and law-abiding. We accept that all human beings are imperfect and are prone to making grave errors in judgement and for which they will be judged by God. However, as head of the Catholic Church who has a duty to ensure the Church's representatives remain answerable also to the laws of mankind, we call on Pope Francis, to consider the justness of this appeal.
Where a senior member of clergy has been accused of actions abominable in the sight of God and unlawful to mankind, we call on Pope Francis to render Cardinal Pell's physical presence to the court where his testimony may be considered. In doing so, with consideration that Cardinal Pell has a moral responsibility to return to Australia and in so doing, send a strong message to the world that the Catholic Church does indeed abhor institutional abuse of children.
