We, the fans of the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja STORM series, would like Hiroshi Matsuyama to recognize and attempt to fulfill the demands of fans. We feel the newest title may not fit the bill of a "perfect STORM game". Previous Storm titles felt lacking to many fans due to the amount of recycled content between titles. Many characters have remained the same for every game in the series, regardless of how much growth or new abilities they have shown. For some characters this translates to a costume or ability, with others it can be completely ignoring huge changes to the characters that occurred directly in the source materials. Some content has even been removed that was present in previous installments (stages or costumes). Over time the fans have lost the feeling that CC2 can provide a 1:1 representation of the source material into the game. the success of this game; fulfilling that title of a perfect storm (which we want so very much), is dependent on these changes for many people.

This petition is open to contact from any fans that would like to make cyberconnect2 address our demands.

 

 

 

We want playable characters, there are many playable characters in the series with interesting abilities or story relevance, we find they are inexcusable to leave out:

• Kurotsuchi
• Zetsu
• Chojuro
• Tayuya
• Sakon & Ukon
• Kidomaru
• Jirobo
• Kurenai
• Anko
• Toneri

We want complete updates on movesets for some characters that need a REALLY large change to their current in-game moves in order to match their anime/manga abilities:

• Tsunade
• Orochimaru
• Tobirama
• Reanimated Itachi

We want remixed combos (like was done for Hinata) for at least 15 characters made for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja STORM 2 or Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja STORM Generations. Most fans would like their favorite characters to feel different or more effective after they had been made in the earlier titles. Characters made in the early titles pale when compared to the current release creations.

 

 

We want costumes, Some fans want to recreate or imagine they are fighting battle straight from the anime. Having the right costume is key to those fans enjoyment of STORM 4.

• Bring back all canon & Officially designed by Kishimoto costumes from STORM 3 & Revolution
• Ch.700 Hinata & Killerbee & Tsunade & current Kage & Temari & Other konoha ninja
• Jugo (War Attire)
• Karin (War Attire)
• Suigetsu (War Attire)
• Hinata from The Last should have Purple Chakra & Lion Fists due to her “Hamura’s Chakra” Enhanced powers from the Movie and Naruto from The Last should have some of the Rasengans he uses in his Moveset changed to Gold due to the fact he was using both Blue and Gold Rasengans in The Last.

We want new secret techniques, there are character that showed big flashy moves and many just didn't get to have them in-game:

• Jugo- Multiple Lotus Nonself Connected Cannons

• Orochimaru-Eight Branches Technique

• Jiraya- Fire Release: Big Flame Bullet

• Tsunade- Heaven Spear Kick

• Reanimated Tobirama-Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags

• Reanimated Hiruzen- shadow clones+ All five elemental Ninjutsu

• Shino- Parasitic Giant Insect — Bug Bite

• Kiba- Tail Chasing Fang: Fang Rotating Fang 

• Ino- Mind Clone Switch Technique

• Tenten- Bashōsen

• Hinata- Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms

• Sai- Sealing Technique: Tiger Vision Staring Bullet

• Lee-Sixth Gates of Joy

 We want updated awakenings for characters that deserve it. This is the same as with the Secret Techniques, several characters have shown new transformations that weren't represented.

We want more Linked secret techniques. Naruto is a series where characters Commonly work together... this is important to allow immersion into the world.

• The Last Naruto x The Last Hinata

 

We want every stage that has appeared in a previous STORM title.  There was never a need to remove content from previous titles.

We want Dedicated Servers for online play. The storm series is considered to have very poor online quality and we want to change that.

We want jutsus clashing. An iconic event in the source material, fans want this translated into the game as it once was or better.

We want lasting stage damage in free battles. When STORM 4 was being marketed, scores of fan believed that it would make it into the game's most played mode: free battle...it did not, we would like it to appear.

We want the ability to ninja move into grabs and tilts as we could in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3. in this game many people find it difficult for experienced players to distinguish themselves from the inexperienced, this was one of the way that skilled players created combos to do just that.

We the fans, would like these contents to be included into Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 or post release as DLC.
