This petition involves people who play the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Games. Before in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution a player could counter another players chakra dash by guarding and then chakra dashing at the right moment when the opponent is vulnerable after dashing the player's guard. This made the game flow better and it made the gameplay much smoother to enjoy and watch. Right now in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 you can not counter another players chakra dash by guarding and then chakra dashing at the right moment(counter dash). Instead when you try to dash after guarding a chakra dash you don't dash until the opponent is already able to block. Counter dashing is a small, but very big factor in the storm series. It is really the only safe way to secure or follow up with a combo after being pressured. Now in Storm 4 every player is forced to just mash the attack button after the opponent chakra dashes them. This makes the game quite dull and really straight to the point when it comes to combat. It is also very frustrating because counter dashing was the only safe way to beat those long reach attacks from characters like Hidan, Madara, Naruto, Sasuke, Rock Lee, Neji and so on. With Storm 4 having no counter dash availability it makes it hard for players to use characters like Suigetsu, Choji, Shikamaru, Jiraiya, and so on. The reason those characters are hard to play against the long reach attacking characters is because they don't have as much reach/hit box as them. This change will prolong Naruto Storm 4 for most players and will create a gameplay change for the better.
