Despite his temporary status, Mr. Edwards has already made significant contributions to our school's academic community and positively impacted many students' lives with his innovative approach to teaching science.

I believe that making Mr. Edwards a permanent member of the faculty would greatly benefit our school and its students by providing consistent access to high-quality science education – something every child deserves according to the U.S Department of Education's policy on equitable access to education resources.
