The safety of our schools and students, our community and nation, our households and family's, were once more put at risk.  Recently a South Carolina Hillcrest highschool student decided to take a step towards showing racism exist still inside of our school systems and is acceptable in some homes.  Like other school shooters she posted on social media the actions that racist are willing to take and show before they take action.  They feel comfortable to make threats, but when caught earlier want to lie their way out of their own actions or play it off as jokes that aren't humorous.  Freedom of speech isn't freedom to make threats on the lives of our family members, children, friends, or students.  Racial slurs that go beyond the negative words and depict the actions racist will take and have taken in the past must be stopped.  We as a nation, people, community, and family must no longer allow these actions to take place.  

Sign this petition to begin the line of holding individuals who choose to threaten the lives of minorities accountable to their actions!  It is no longer acceptable to let them to legally slide or to twist laws blurring the vision of Justice.  

Hold Emily accountable, and any future person accountable.  Before another tragedy occurs, and to continue showing that racism breaching our peace and inciting violence and outrage is forever unacceptable on American soil!
