Our concern first and foremost is that everyone is healthy and safe and that the coronavirus is dealt with and treated expeditiously.  National College Decision Day takes place on May 1st.  Many colleges have closed down and cancelled Accepted Student Days which typically take place in March and April.  Many high school seniors, including myself, have not had a chance to visit colleges they have been accepted to and had planned to visit on Accepted Student days.  Fighting the coronavirus should be everyone's top priority and will hopefully be on the decline in the coming weeks. Hopefully, delaying Decision Day will allow high school seniors additional time to visit the schools in May and have enough time to make this life changing decision.
