Accept Mr. Tomohiro Ishikawa's appeal aginst being guilty

The Issue

Mr. Tomohiro Ishikawa, a Member of the House of Representatives of Japan, former secratory of Ichiro Ozawa, has been being prosecuted of being corruption between Mizutani Kensetsu (a constroction firm). In 26 September, he was accused by guilty with the other secretaries at the local court of Tokyo.

However, the judgement was completely false from below;

1. The documents by the prosecutors in which the secretoaries had admit corruption were almost refused by the judges. They regarded the notes of investigation without "arbitrality".

2. The mention of the president of the construction firm was quite unreliable. He said he had given Mr. Ishikawa 500 billion yen (about 6.6 billion USD) in cash packed in paper bags at a lobby in a hotel. Strange! Who someone does such a stupid way to pay illegal money? Despite all, the judge accepted his mention as "reliable".

3. For bureaucrats, including prosecutors, Ichiro Ozawa is enemy because he is willing to reform the bereaucracy of Japan. The prosecutors aimed Mr. Ishikawa as a "step" to catch Mr. Ozawa. Mr. Ishikawa had been orderd by Mr. Ozawa-already almost spioled- was their scenery they visioned.

4. The court is NOT independent from prosecutors. There are exchange of human resources between judges and prosecutors. So judges have much difficulty making decision against prosecutors.

5. Investigations of prosecutors are NOT recorded in Japan. And only their "notes of investigation" is laid stress on. They can easily distort facts or evidences as they want, and it is in common. Not only Mr. Ishikawa's case, but there are many "tortures without violence". According to Mr. Ishikawa, the chief prosecutors had told him "They're not always the same between fact and judge of court".

Now that we Japanese face with a big crisis. If the appeal is refused, it will be a great shame of Japan as a legal nation. How can we blame inhuman works of North Korea, Syria, and others?
