"Rebel women deserve to get raped"

Ms. Shivani Gupta recorded the footage of a very woke woman who believes that women in short dresses are meant to be raped. So much so, she asked men in a restaurant they were having a meal in to rape these girls. This is the Footage of the lady threatening the girls she maligned with her very logical defence and cops.
