There are many abandoned pets roaming the street, shelters can't keep up with the demand, foster homes are scarce. We want to make pet ownership responsible in case they no longer can take care of their pets or some how lose them, won't contribute with stray dogs and cats on the streets reproducing uncontrollably, and increasing the issue.

Some people are doing business selling dogs but it should also be their responsibility to keep the animals in check. And end up releasing some of them, because they couldn't move them while they were pups and end up on the streets. We have all seen animals run over on the streets or highways, and feel bad for them this is our chance to help reduce this be making everyone part of the solution.
