Okay this should be very obvious to anyone who has even played ranked or smite in NA for the past week. The LATAM players have been flooding the NA servers, and to be quite honest they are so far behind of NA players that it makes it insanely difficult to have balanced matches. Ranked was much better before the LATAM server merge. LATAM players don't speak English, which makes it hard to communicate and it can get quite frustrating sometimes, and their skill level is far behind the North american players. 

I know that the LATAM players want to improve but by them being in the NA servers, it really hinders the experience and competitive nature in ranked, as it has now a huge gamble of who wins or loses with "who gets the most LATAM players on their team".
