Currently its almost impossible to play due to the 200+ ms ping to the European servers.

While its possible to play ranged heroes, its virtually impossible to play a melee hero to its full potential. There could be a huge Smite scene in South Africa if servers are provided, as well as local leagues hosted across the country.
