Forcing employees with Healthcare to take their expensive Healthcare plan
The Issue
Hewlett Packard is discriminating against hourly employees. They are forcing employees to take and pay for Hp Medical insurance even though they are already covered by spouse, parents, widow benefits, veteran benefits, medicaid, medicare. They refuse to acknowledge other insurance coverage and opt out is not an option. We are forced to take a 30% paycut for insurance that is not needed nor wanted. After numerous politician and senator contacts, there is no law on the books that prevents this hardship and descrimination.
