HP spectre x360 13-400xxx product model have a common motherboard failure which is a production fault and has occurred to many people. HP does not acknowledge this as a production fault but try to say it is a tear and wear which clearly isn't as this problem is encountered the majority of HP Spectre x 360 13-400xxx users

Either do a product recall to fix the laptops or fix the laptops with the fault without additional charges.
