Man using heroin, living in a crack den is a owner of an XL bully mistreating the dog using it for protection which is causing the dog to attack. People turning up at all hours of the day which is causing the neighbourhood distress. On Tuesday 21st of November 2023 the 8th dog attack that we know of occurred because of his dog, which involved an elderly woman who has lived here for 51 years and her little French bulldog, the dog attacked the French bull dog aswell as biting the elderly woman. The elderly was dragged to the floor by this dog and this continued for 20 minutes. The neighbours came out to help but the dog would not get off. The owner of the dog was high of his drugs and was shouting abuse and threatening the elderly woman. He then later collapsed on the floor unconscious because of his habit. The neighbourhood have come together and has had enough of the man causing stress and the amount of attacks which has occurred and want to get the dog taken off him as neglect and abuse is happening and want the man to be taken out the property. If this petition makes a change and something will happen the neighbourhood would feel safe, people with dogs will safe to walk the dogs. If nothing changes then people will still be threatened by the owner and the dog, more attacks could occur. Immediate action will be good because the neighbourhood will be safe, and feel like they can walk their dogs, and people will no longer have to live in fear.
