As many of you are aware there was recently a fire that tore through the highlands at the lake apartment complex. 1 building was completely lost and numerous residents were displaced, however in the events after through my training and knowledge from first responders i feel the investigation has been insufficient and non existant. By that i mean there is multiple residents looking for answers as to what happened to their pets that they have been completely forward about then being in the building and only getting a run around from the leasing team because they have no information; and not getting anywhere because this gentleman spent hours saturday night during the fire grilling residents and since has been a ghost. I am hoping that this will help get support to push him down here to do his job so people can get the much needed answers they deserve and need thank you for your time.
