We, the undersigned, are calling on Her Excellency, the Honourable Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria, to enact her powers as the Governer of Victoria in removing Premier Daniel Andrews, Minister Jenny Mikakos, Minister Martin Pakula, Minister Lisa Neville, from the office of the Victorian Parliament immediately.

As the hotel quarantine inquiry has shown, no member of the current Victorian Parliament is aware of who made the decision to employ private security firms instead of the Australian Defence Personal, as was done so by every other State and Territory throughout Australia, leads to no confidence in the decision-making abilities of the Premier and these Senior Ministers for the people of Victoria. If these people are unaware of who is making decisions in relation to COVID-19 matters, how can the people of Victoria have any confidence in knowing that they are the ones making decisions about all matters that effect the people of Victoria?

The incompetency of the these Members of Parliament has resulted in a catastrophic debacle for all Victorians in their handling of the COVID-19 hotel quarantine program, and has currently resulted in almost one thousand lives lost in Victoria that were preventable, due to their roles in this matter. The emotional and mental anguish being inflicted upon the people of Victoria due to their inability to lead the people of Victoria through this matter, shows a neglect in their roles as representatives of the Victorian people.

Furthermore, their incompetency has resulted in millions of Victorians lives being adversely impacted by the draconian laws introduced by Daniel Andrews and his Ministry. This has resulted in countless jobs being lost, businesses closing, significant economic pain being felt by millions of Victorians, and the impacts of their decision making will have a long-lasting effect for generations of Victorians to come.

It is time for Her Excellency to use who powers to remove these people from office and stand with the people of Victoria, whom she is meant to protect from incompetent Members of Parliament.
