Daylesford Cinema Committee will be forwarding our petition to the Minister for Local Government this week. 
At the time of writing, we have gathered an amazing 1090 signatures.  This has far exceeded our expectations - which tells us that it's not just the cinema committee who are upset at Councils' decision to walk away from the Rex Project. 
We thank everyone who signed or shared the petition.  We hope to be able to update the community with the response received from the Minister's office in due course.
