Recently, Virginia has threaten to send in their National Guard to confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens because Police Departs and counties are say no to legislation that is NOT even PASS. It was not long ago that no one ever thought Virginia would even think of such a thing. South Carolina is no different.

Recently, South Carolina passed a Red Flag bill, giving law enforcement to confiscate guns in the dead of the night based on word of mouth and NO due process. Even one of our own US Senators, Lindsey Graham, is pushing for a #National# Red Flag Law. Even our President Donald J. Trump has unconstitutionaly shoved the Bumpstock Ban via Executive fiat.

South Carolina must declare itself a Second Amendment Sanctuary State to remove all of the state's gun control and to adopt a Missouri-style status making all federal Gun Law such as the Bumpstock Ban null and void. This proposal if adopted will also protect from future federal gun control as well.
